1 to 1 Coaching and Mentoring

The Step Up Your Business programme has been written as a result of the one to one coaching I have been doing with my clients. The modules within it, break down the steps I have taken with clients to help them see the wood from the trees and clear a path they want to take to grow their business.

There is access to an online programme that is great for those who are well disciplined and like the flexibility of working on their business any time of the night and day. It gives real insight and supports you in creating and working to a targeted Business Action Plan. It is also very good value for money!

However, from experience, I am also very aware that there are those who want, need and prefer 1 to 1 support.

	I need someone who I can talk to in person, in confidence, a sounding board to check out the feasibility of my ideas
	Organising my time is not a great strength for me, so having a date and time I will be speaking with my coach, makes me take action!
	I need a boost in confidence, someone who will not be judgemental and will be supportive yet will stretch me – and I need that on a personal basis.

If that sounds like you, contact me to see how we could work together on a 1 to 1 basis. I know it takes commitment to make time to step out of your business so you can step up, so flexibility is built into any of our coaching programmes.

For example, a 3 hour package, may be booked with or without access to the online modules. You are charged for the time we spend in the session ranging from pre agreed times of 30 minutes, rising in 15 minute intervals to the full 3 hours. Coaching may be undertaken face to face, through skype and telephone.
